The purpose of the neck liner is to isolate the plastic torch liner away from most of the heat generated when welding in the mig torch neck, It also guides the wire more centrally into the contact tip which improves arc stability and reduces tip wear
This Mig torch neck liner is fitted to draper, clarke, sip, silverline, mini mig and hobby mig torches etc.
