Delivery & Returns

Delivery will be arranged by the seller using an outside contractor. Small items are posted by first class Royal Mail, , larger, heavier items will be sent by Royal Mail Parcel on a next day/3 day service. You will be informed of the delivery cost before entering your credit card details. All goods are to be signed for as “unexamined” and any shortages or defects must be advised within 3 days of receipt either by e-mail, fax or telephone. The Seller shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or charge other than of replacing the defective unused goods.

The web site generated delivery charges cover deliveries to mainland UK only, deliveries on request to the Scotish highlands Northern Ireland or Isle of man or other countries will be charged at extra cost.

We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be times when it necessary to return an item to the Seller. The goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt. The Buyer is responsible for the goods until they reach the Seller therefore we suggest using a secure delivery service where they require a signature upon delivery. Should the Buyer return an item to the Seller that for some reason is the fault of the Seller, the Seller will pay the cost of the return carriage. In this circumstance please contact us by e-mail, fax or telephone and we will inform you how you should send the item back to us.
