Service and Repairs

Our new fully equipped service department can cater for any repairs to manual welding and cutting machines of all makes and types. Our engineers also repair automatic equipment associated with Airliquide Welding Automation based in Daventry Northants (formally SAF Welding Products UK)

Our engineers are very experienced and committed to their work.   
We have also been appointed the National Manual Machine Service and Repair Centre by Airliquide Welding with major manufacturing brands Oerlikon, Saf, Cemont and Weldline, All repair parts for the UK are stored in our depot to ensure a speedy turn around for repairs.

Calibration and Validation

Our engineers calibrate and validate Arc Welding Equipment to BS 7570-2000 we have three portable validation machines available for our engineers to use. Calibration/Validation contracts are available on request. 

Planned Preventative Maintenance (P.P.M.)

We offer a PPM schedule to all our customers, where we will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable mutually agreed time for our engineers to visit your site to perform planned maintenance on your welding equipment.We can also include Calibration/Validation at the same time if required.

We  hold a large selection of spare parts for most manufacturers machines.
